Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 10197.
Dear City Council Members,
I am writing to report an ongoing issue in front of my residence. A person frequently parks his vehicle on the grass verge in front of my house.
I kindly request that this practice be prohibited, as it is causing damage to the verge, deteriorating the grass, and negatively affecting the appearance of the area.
I would appreciate your assistance in addressing this matter and enforcing any applicable regulations.
Thank you for your time and consideration.

Update on your report:
After inspecting the reported issue, our officers have determined that this doesn't currently qualify as a priority for repair.
With over 1,400km of road to maintain across Central Bedfordshire, we have to prioritise the work we do as detailed in our Network Maintenance Management Plan (NMMP), which can be viewed on the following page of our website https://www.centralbedfordshire.gov.uk/ info/ 55/ transport_roads_and_parking/ 592/ roads_strategies
