The waste is in the Alleyway Next to 282 Southwood Road in between the flats on the pathway
Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: Jadu-EFF021537.
The Waste has been dumped by 269 Southwood Road, as it is the same rubbish that has been outside her house for weeks. We caught them doing the act and running off back towards the direction of 269. The waste seems to be general waste all in black bags. The waste appeared outside their house around Christmas time so I’m assuming it’s Christmas general waste
