We have received a number of complaints with regards to the commercial unit (chicken shop "Chicken Heist") below the flats we manage at 1-4 Downs View. Pictures attached, I have spoken with the tenant of the shop who fails to speak English when questioned. As you will see there's endless dirty rubbish and a used toilet combined with rats which needs immediate attention!
