Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 435385.

2nd time I’ve reported this and spoken to the council after the first one was deleted without explanation. This LED street light has no shielding around the lamp and results in light beaming into our bedroom at night. This intrusive light is not acceptable. Without rectification I’ll happily go in and disconnect the street light completely
