Public right of way top of Mill Lane on the right if coming from the bottom of Mill Lane opposite 71 and alongside Sunrise

The path that leads through the woods to Robinsons Avenue. the path is extremely muddy in winter and very slippery, if you try to avoid the worst of the mud by going alongside the trees you are in danger of getting your eyes poked out by the branches. It is a means to get to a popular dog walk where there are actual paths. the other evening I saw an elderly gentleman actually carrying his dog back out of this area because of the mud. Conquest Woods have suitable paths is there any way something similar could be done here?

  • I will carry out a site visit in the next month to see if anything can be done to improve this footpath. I will provide an update once this site visit has been carried out.
