Between footpath and our home.

The report's reference number is 435696. Thank you for your response, however, this is a highways problem as the blockage would appear to be under the pathway (public footpath) and leading to one of the gutters. It is this channel under the pathway which is blocked as the channels in our property are clear. As mentioned, we have contact Anglia waters, and they came to inspect and confirmed that it is not our responsibilities but the Councils, highways.
Please may this be looked into, because as mentioned it is the channel that is under the ground on public pathway that would appear to be blocked and causing a back log onto our home.
We thank you for further consideration and time, as it would appear from the records held by Anglia Waters that this had been noted on their system before our ownership and the Council still remains to resolve the problem.

After inspecting the reported issue, I can confirm that an order has been raised for this defect to be repaired, which we anticipate will be carried out within the next 12 weeks, subject to weather conditions and emergencies.
