By speed hump in the carriageway

Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 10501.

The sign did not work due to overgrown vegetation this was cut back by yourselves and it worked OK. It has now stopped working again but there is no vegetation blocking the use.
