This pothole has been here for many months, and has deteriorated each month. Stones from this flick up onto out property, and when the hole is filled with water this splashes onto our front door which is showing damage from this. This hole is bad enough that it is a danger to cyclists, and could damage car wheels.

    After inspecting the reported issue, our officers have determined that this doesn't currently qualify as a priority for repair. We will continue to monitor the defect during future inspections and carry out works should it meet our intervention levels in future.

    With over 1,400km of road to maintain across Central Bedfordshire, we have to prioritise the work we do as detailed in our Network Maintenance Management Plan (NMMP), which can be viewed on the following page of our website https://www.centralbedfordshire.gov.uk/ info/ 55/ transport_roads_and_parking/ 592/ roads_strategies
