Floods every time it rains. we oldies that don’t drive, have to walk over the grass/ sorry, l mean mud, to go shopping, and again on the way home again. I noticed 2 skid marks on the mud today. Would it be possible to make the grass verge into a path for our safety. The constant water damage is also eroding the wall at the front of the house.

After inspecting the reported issue, our officers have determined that this doesn't currently qualify as a priority for repair. We will continue to monitor the defect during future inspections and carry out works should it meet our intervention levels in future.
