The drain gully is being pounded into the road by heavy traffic which is forced to the side by the keep left bollard. This has been ongoing for over a year.

In addition to this the gully is becoming blocked, which has resulted in flooding in the adjacent property on several occasions previously. The relevant authority are aware of this ongoing risk.
