The Engineers came out on Friday 13 February 2026 and checked the box that the fuses were in and he checked it thoroughly and tightened up screws that were lose of in the inner box. He replaced the fuses and tested the lamps which they came on. The engineer then screwed the front panel back on and also put a metal strap around the casing to keep it tightly closed as the bottom screw was missing. In the evening the lamps came on but unfortunately they went out again approximately 2 hours later. Could this matter be classed as urgent please.
