The Green, Marston Moretaine
Reported via mobile in the Pavement and Cycle path category anonymously at 15:00, Wednesday 18 February 2026
Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 437109.
This problem has repeatedly been reported over the years. A cone stuck on top does not fix it (please don’t bother doing that again). Drainage grid is broken (there are others missing down this road too) so there is now a hole/serious trip hazard and the grid needs to be replaced and secured. Cars drive over the grids constantly so they are always coming loose, this needs addressing because these thin grids are not secured in place. Children walk to school on this road and someone will have a serious accident soon.
