Path and driveway access on public land outside 36/34/47 Lynton Avenue

Reported via mobile in the Pavement and Cycle path category anonymously at 10:32, Saturday 21 February 2026

Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 437372.

The foot path and driveway access is incredibly uneven and broken up, this is becoming increasingly difficult for my elderly relatives using walking aids to negate safely. The area also floods very regularly as the drains seem to be located at the highest point of the road. The driveway has become completely broken up and the grass surrounding it is churned into mud. the area is constantly used for turning vehicles that can’t use the turning area due to parked cars, This includes the bin collection lorry’s, spreading mud down the road and further damaging the driveway surface, grass verge and curb
