Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 438148.
Builders working on a garage have dug up the public footpath to run cabling. The cable doesn't seem to be deep enough and the footpath has been dug up. While undertaking works, no signage was in place and they had diggers and vehicles blocking the road for hours at a time
