On the roundabout junction of Stotfold Road and Arlesey Road

Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 438165.

On the roundabout a manhole cover and its collar has been completely ripped out of the roundabout and it’s sat slightly hanging onto the carriageway. It looks like someone removed it but abandoned it afterwards.
