Located on the single track lane (sometimes called 'Gagmansbury Lane' on route to electric gate/private road.
Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 438222.
The road surface has crumbled away in several places. Vehicles can not avoid the collapsed road surface which has turned into several pot holes as well. The road is the only access to three properties and is used by vehicles as well as cyclists and pedestrians. The latter using the road are at high risk of incident due to the condition of the road and at night no street lighting available.

Update on your report:
After inspecting the reported issue, our officers have determined that this doesn't currently qualify as a priority for repair. We will continue to monitor the defect during future inspections and carry out works should it meet our intervention levels in future.

Mr Baxter will like to challange this decision. he states that the lane is the only road that leads up to 3 properties.
has elderly parents live in 1 of the properties and the road is unsafe and is in a poor state of affairs and these is preventing his elderly parents from going out as it's too damaged and can cause an accident. only access to the properties via vehicle and and foot.
