Single track lane (sometimes called 'Gagmansbury Lane') off Barton Road.
Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 438224.
Several severe potholes and road surface breakup are causing damage to local resident's vehicles and an immediate hazard to pedestrians both local residents that use this road as a means of right of way and public walkers that use the adjacent footpaths (there is a public foot path that exits onto this road). I personally have to use this road with my bicycle and find it increasingly hazardous. The potholes and crumbling road surface are unavoidable and an even greater risk during the night due to no public street lighting either.

Update on your report:
After inspecting the reported issue, our officers have determined that this doesn't currently qualify as a priority for repair. We will continue to monitor the defect during future inspections and carry out works should it meet our intervention levels in future.

Mr Baxter will like to challange this decision. he states that the lane is the only road that leads up to 3 properties.
has elderly parents live in 1 of the properties and the road is unsafe and is in a poor state of affairs and these is preventing his elderly parents from going out as it's too damaged and can cause an accident. only access to the properties via vehicle and and foot.
