An elderly vulnerable disabled resident has contacted me urgently because a number of items have been flytipped against her garage preventing her from getting her car out of her garage. This has been done by her neighbour who is filling up the garden with rubbish at 39 Elm Park Close and cbc have refused to deal with this issue and rodents have been seen in this garden. It is urgent that this flytipping is removed so elderly resident can get her car out of the garage for medical appointments
