Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 11311.

When you approach the lights and the traffic is on the wrong side of the road driving at you so they can avoid the flood it is important and urgent. Despite the broken up tarmac and missing tarmac from around the cover that rattles and will shorty, pull out and require more repair and cost because you would not suck the pot or jet the lateral. Yah good use of public money. Preventative ma8 trance. Not as if it is the first or last time due to the mud from the filed. More a health and safety public use prevent an accident if nothing else.
