Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 11424.

The tree outside my property is continually falling branches of which some are pretty big.It has a big hole down the trunk and seems to move in the wind.The tree is on the pavement where approx 60 children walk underneath daily on their way to school.It is a dangerous situation and your responsibility if someone was hurt by falling branches.I have reported this before but was fobbed off by you.
