  • Hi - our crew have attended site - the tree is owned by Highways England as the A1 & adjacent verges are not managed by CBC. They have confirmed that the fallen tree is no danger to Highway or footpaths. It will therefore need to be raised by Highways England to request it is cleared as it's not CBC respinsibility.
