I was walking along the footway with my daughter. She scooted off and got struck by a branch that has overgrown from the property of the flats to the public footway. The branch has various sized thorns that subsequently scratched my daughters face, just missing her eye. The landowner will be required to get this cut back or you cut it and claim the money back.
