There were bollards at the entrance to the flats at the end of Mill Lane and one bollard with the street sign for the flats on it was knocked down and broken, The sign was left propped against my garden wall but the bollard was never replaced although I did report it months ago. On Friday March 27th I saw that the street sign for the flats had been concreted into my front lawn without my permission. My address is Park Court not Mill Lane so the sign should not be on my property and especially without my permission. The concrete block that had supported the sign is still blocking the pavement leading down to the river so that anyone in a wheelchair or pushing a buggy would not be able to get past it. Please arrange for the sign to be removed from my garden and any damage to my grass be repaired.
