High i have reported these potholes twice before, when buses pass over them my house violently shakes, it is now causing structural damage to my house, it is also causing me to loose sleep, if they are not sorted i will be taking legal advice about this issue, as you are n saying it is not a piority. Mr F Kovacs

    After inspecting the reported issue, our officers have determined that this doesn't currently qualify as a priority for repair. We will continue to monitor the defect during future inspections and carry out works should it meet our intervention levels in future.

    With over 1,400km of road to maintain across Central Bedfordshire, we have to prioritise the work we do as detailed in our Network Maintenance Management Plan (NMMP), which can be viewed on the following page of our website https://www.centralbedfordshire.gov.uk/ info/ 55/ transport_roads_and_parking/ 592/ roads_strategies
