Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 11800.

Manhole cover is loose, rattling and thudding. Inside homes it is extremely loud like someone banging extremely hard on the walls and foundations. Hard to sleep at night and waking up early hours of morning, it is continual . This is impacting on general health due to constant thudding and lack of sleep.
