A perimeter hoarding was erected around the Council's land ownership after the demolition of the buildings on the Houghton Lodge site. This was to ensure the site is kept safe and prevent risk to the public. The hoarding has now come away from it's fixings and is leaning across the access to the car parking area for Greensand Surgery/The Oliver Street Surgery. There is a danger that more of the hoarding will fall.
