Pothole growing on edge of bodged repair

This area has been reported numerous times and on each occasion a bodge repair has failed causing more work to be done and money wasted. The last time, a large patch was laid to encompass the numerous failed jobs. For some reason, this patch failed to cover the original potholes by a few inches. These holes have already begun to grow and are clearly noticeable. Please repair appropriately and investigate as to why money was wasted on large repair that hasn't done the job
