Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 12976.
The tree has been acknowledged as being on council property, and has been cut back previously when it has been in this overgrown state and started to push on to and over my property line and front garden before. This was back in Mid- November 2018, when your guys came out. After many phone calls from me to ask for action. It has then grown back since and is looking very full again. No maintenance has been carried out since. I am a registered disabled/blue badge holder and a very vulnerable woman who lives alone and do not have the ability or resources to cope with this myself. I am anxious to get it seen to as the tree being so large it has grown in to my phone line, it causes damage to the front of my property's guttering, in high winds storm damage from debris from it, there is constant damp to the brickwork and slippery leaf litter which is a pressing concern due to me having poor mobility for my access needs and black mould and green algae to the front side from the blocking of light.
