The first garage on the left

Reported via mobile in the Public Rights of way category anonymously at 14:18, Tuesday 5 May 2026

Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 13126.

The first garage on the left. The door has been vandalised (again) and is currently hanging off. This is dangerous as this is a public walk way used by many people everyday, particularly school children as this is a direct walking route to the school. I noticed it had been vandalised last week however over the weekend, it has been made worse. The unit itself is empty and in the past been used by local youths as somewhere to keep warm. In fact, they started a fire in there not so long ago and the fire brigade had to come out. Best solution right now. Either board it up completely or totally remove the door and frame and leave it as an exposed, open unit as currently it is just an attraction of anti-social behaviour
