Stretch of North street (odd numbers) between Baker St and Mill Rd

Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 13144.

A car is being repeatedly parked on the pavement causing the pavement to be narrowed for hours at a time. Been going on for a few weeks.
