Tree/ overgrown bushes right next to the crossing outside the school

I am concerned that staff driving in and out of the school car park will not see children standing at the crossing due to the overgrown bush affecting visibility. It also reduces the space for children to cross in this area. Please could this be reduced back improving safety. I have reported this to the school who said not their responsibility and to report to yourselves. I have asked them to ask staff driving out to be vigilant of that crossing in the meantime which I hope they will communicate.

Also, the stretch along Sunderland road near the school is also overgrown affecting the pathway. Thank you
