We moved here in 2021 and this area has never been maintained and the trees have never been cut back.

The tree on the left is so overgrown it is now over our front garden, the sap is leaking all over both our cars, the branches are now overhanging our brick wall. It also blocks the light and view outside of our upstairs windows.

We have logged this previously last year and our enquiry was not acknowledged and no one came to inspect it.

  • It has been 20 days since the latest log of this problem (in addition to the log we did last year). No one has been out to investigate or do any works to this area.

  • It's now been nearly two months with no update. Yesterday you came out and cut one tree right next to the area but didn't touch any on the original enquiry whilst you were here! Please update where you are on your investigation?
