Not graffiti as such but couldn’t find an alternative category. The man who lives at 194 West street had his garage facing into Leighton Court. He had taken it upon himself to erect a “no parking at any time” sign nailed to my neighbour’s wall at the dead end of Leighton court in the turning point. He has become abusive to anyone who parks there on many occasions but has no right to put this sign up! The parking around here is bad enough with the school etc.. can you please enforce him to remove this sign to allow extra parking. This has been an ongoing problem with this man where a year or so ago the police were called as he actually ran over my next door neighbours foot and damaged her glasses.
