Outside of my house, by the entrance of Churchill Road

I have lived in my address for just over 2 years now and this road has flooded 6 times. Twice it has flooded so badly the water has risen high enough to go on my driveway up to the walls of my property. Luckily it has not entered my property yet but it very well could do if it rains badly enough.

I have already spent thousands of pounds of my own money on a new driveway last year to try and help rectify this issue and will now probably have to spend more to get more acro drains fitted as today has proved the issue still occurs.

I have also reported this issue twice before (see attached links to reports) and spoke to my local MP about it and it has still not been sorted. The drains are not fit for purpose! Why do I pay council tax if your services are not fit for purpose? They need to be rectified immediately before the issue causes serious damage or harm or I will be seeking advice on the issue.
