A neighbour has parked a trailer on council land. There is old bed like items dumped on it and other items dumped bedside and around it. It’s like the location is being used for storage of waste. It’s being like that for about a month and your contractors are unable to cut the grass too. I am concerned that it will be added too. Please do not disclose my details.
