It’s the footpath between front of 48-49 Westminster gardens. The area is neglected and shrubs so big it looks like the perfect spot for someone to dump their rubbish unnoticed. It’s not the first time this happened in this spot. Las time I found full black bin bags which I cleared myself. Sick of this. I live at 49 and walk past this every day on my way to work. Disgusting.
