Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14069.

It has taken you a month to respond to my original contact with you and your simple response is this is in your long term plans to deal with and will be dealt with in due course. As the tree is already touching our roof line and you are not prepared to give any timescale, we will need to hand this over to our insurance company to liaise with you directly now. This has been an issue for 4 years now and unfortunately it is at a point where action must be taken so not to further damage or house and vehicles parked on our drive. A rough timescale would have been appreciated but as usual CBC are non comital.
