Partridge piece

Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to raise concerns regarding a severely overgrown hedge located at Partridge Piece near Moat Farm. The hedge has become excessively overgrown with brambles and prickly vegetation, creating several ongoing problems for residents and pedestrians in the area. Firstly, the hedge is encroaching significantly onto the pavement, reducing the available walking space and forcing pedestrians, including parents with pushchairs, wheelchair users, and children, closer to the road in order to pass safely. This presents a clear safety hazard. Secondly, the hedge is obstructing visibility along the road, making it difficult for drivers and pedestrians to see clearly when manoeuvring or crossing. The overgrowth is also affecting parking for residents opposite the hedge, as vehicles are unable to park properly without being scratched or obstructed by the brambles. In addition, many visitors park in this area to access the nearby field, and the current condition of the hedge is making parking and safe access increasingly difficult for them as well. I would be grateful if the council could investigate this matter and arrange for the hedge to be properly cut back and maintained as soon as possible to restore safe pedestrian access, improve visibility, and reduce the obstruction affecting parking.
