There is no drain close to my property or to the right of the front of the property, and with the slope of the public road to the front, with heavy rain all the water pours down my drive and into my garage. I have a gulley drain but the road is not managed satisfactory to direct water away from the properties. Please investigate & consider adding an additional drain.

    09.06.26After a heavy rain shower I have used sandbags at the top of drive to try and stop the garage flooding yet again. See the amount of water. The flow of water direction off the road (public) is directly to my drive, a drain or redirection is needed to fix this urgently please.

  • We are currently planning some carriageway maintenance works for the location, and we are proposing to install a new gully pot to help with this issue as part of those works. This report will be further updated once the works are ordered.
