High Street from Clay End Farm to Clay End crossroads
Reported via mobile in the Road Surface category anonymously at 13:05, Friday 5 June 2026
Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14476.
Multiple HGVs, tractors and trailers being driven through village by tenant farmers at speed with no consideration for the village. Mud and stones everywhere including the kerb. Risk of flying stones to cars and pedestrians as well as blockage of drains. Also, now dry, there is considerable dust being thrown up. No attempt has been made to clear the road as yet. They are also driving over repairs that have only recently been done by the council to kerbs due to damage they have caused previously.
