The function of the street lamp is not working as the signage has fallen off, but also seems as if it was done purposely as the zip ties were broken. In addition can the light be removed as it is preventing us from extending our drive way; and as our deeds do not show a street lamp i believe we are at liberty to have it removed, or a reduction in our council tax.
