Alley way from Conway close to field and walkway

Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14536.

Trees on both sides of alleyway are over lapping almost half of the width of walkway. Making it dangerous for wheelchairs users and pedestrians this issue has been on going every year !
