Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14540.

I live at no 81, the pathway outside no 82 has a raised drain and bumpy path. My partner is disabled and uses a wheelchair. We are unable to get the wheelchair over the bumps. Yesterday he used his walking sticks to get to the car. He fall onto the ground resulting in cuts and bruises. He is 84 and frail, he has had to use the wheelchair for the last two months and that is the only measure I have as to how long this has been like it.
