Raise a serious concern regarding the increasing amount of discarded furniture and other items being left in the communal area alongside the bins.

The situation is becoming worse on a daily basis, with more furniture and waste being added and left uncollected. This is creating a significant health and safety hazard for residents and visitors.

Children regularly play in this area, and the presence of large items, broken furniture, and accumulated waste presents an unacceptable risk of injury. In addition, the growing pile of rubbish is obstructive, unsightly, and could attract pests if not dealt with promptly.

It is concerning that the problem appears to be escalating without any effective action being taken. Immediate removal of the existing waste is required, along with measures to prevent further fly-tipping and ensure the area is kept safe and clean.
