Street light 37 not working

Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14638.

Originally reported 3 Sep (Ref 427146) and again 31 Oct (Ref 429499), Both closed without repair so reported to CB helpdesk in April. Still no action. A wheelchair user almost had accident when front wheel slipped off the kerb while navigating the pavement in darkness. What else do I need to do to get this Streetlight fixed?
