FOR THE ATTENTION OF MR ABLE, SUPERVISOR

Last Ref.No 14186, I had an update to say this was completed on Tuesday 2 June 2026 and Mr Able came out to see us on Wednesday 3 June 2026 to make sure everything was working properly, which they were, the lamps were working up until last night Tuesday 9 June 2026 when they did not come on at all, we are now in complete darkness AGAIN. I would appreciate if this matter can be resolved very quickly.
