Dear Sir/Madam, We have had many reports on flooding, blocked drains and safety concerns of the manhole on Brook street. Every time it rains the manhole cover lifts up and pushes water out. This can be a safety concern for drivers driving on the road. This problem has been happening for many years and residents are urging something happens. Please see the photos of the situation.
