Residence on corner of the Comp and the High Street

Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14798.

Hedge is so overgrown only half of the pavement available. Believe the boundary line of the residence is, in fact at least a meter from the kurb so not their responsibility. The Council should adhere to the Highways act 1980 sec. 154 " vegetation must be cut back .....allowing full width of pavement" Been overgrown for years. Please rectify. Thanks.
