Out side the flats

Sent to Central Bedfordshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 15022.

The man hole cover has been pushed up exposing raw sewage it’s under our bedroom window, the grass has been cut twice and they didn’t go near the man hole so it has been hidden but the smell has been there around 6 weeks this is a small block of flats called Millers close it is under my bedroom window the ground around it is saturated
