The cycle path is completely blocked with concrete blocks which have been placed in the road completely blocking one carriageway. This means motorists and cyclists have to go onto the opposite side of the road to go down it. It also makes passing vehicles coming the other way dangerous. There is no indication on one.network or any other road works sites saying the road is half blocked.
